Using our online system, you can:

• 1. Determine the licensing jurisdiction of your business.
• 2. Apply and pay for a business license (please refer to our Step By Step Guide before getting started.)
• 3. Pay business license renewal fees and/or other outstanding fees.
• 4. Check the status of your business license application.
• 5. Update your account information, such as your login profile and mailing address.
• 6. Request your license to be placed out of business.

A convenience fee of 2.65% of total fees for each credit card and debit card payment applies.

Clark County Business License Online License Applications and Renewal Payment processing are supported by the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9+, Mozilla Firefox 34+, and Chrome 39+ All major functionality should be supported as part of these browser versions however; minor cosmetic differences may be seen when comparing one supported browser versus another. It is not recommended using any browser other than the list above as technical support for other browsers is not available at this time.

Mobile Devices and Tablets
Our Online Portal sites support limited browsing and functionality from a Mobile or Tablet device. Content is sized and displayed based on the display resolution supported by the device from which you are browsing. Clark County Business License does not officially support any browsers from a mobile or tablet device. Transactions processed from mobile devices and tablets may not be properly processed.

Application and convenience fees are not refundable. You may request a refund for remaining fees by completing a refund request form. Please allow 8 weeks for refund processing of remaining license fees.
